They are responsible for managing the nursing home's business operations, including finance, human resources and marketing. A nurse home administrator runs a facility that meets the needs of senior citizens. 

Salary: The median salary for this career is $94,500 

Education: A Bachelor's or master's in health care administration, geology or long-term care is needed to become a nursing home administrator. Another  requirement is a license and certifications are available if needed.
