The meaning of this quote is that when you decide to do good you feel good about your self. You feel happy and proud of your self. When you do bad you feel  disappointment in your self for what you must have done.You can be unhappy your whole life because of that one bad thing you did and never forget it. In the other hand you can also never forget that one good thing you did because of how proud you are about your self. Life is about good things and bad things you decide witch  you take and witch you dine. You have to live for what you decide in life. If there is a case in witch you decide to cheat in life you will feel bad and regret what you did to your self and to others. If you decide to give love and kindness in life you will be happy and wonderful in your self for what you did. Life is about winning and learning but never losing. Always be good and feel good or be bad and feel bad.
