 This means that if you ask yourself what is right or wrong and you know the answer than you have to act accordingly. These are the answers to the questions that come to your mind when you're about to do something wrong. For example if some of your friends ask you if you want to get drunk than those questions pop up in your mind and you have to answer/ act the right way. You say no and stay at home or go somewhere appropriate. You have to say and act on your actions.
