 This quote means that if you do the right things at the right moment it is very courageous and it means that you have a great character in yourself. Many people don't do the right thing until it is to late so that is very  detrimental for some people and this quote is very true because it can either affect a person in a positive and negative way. For example if you find a extra pair of tickets on the ground an you tack them without asking who's they are it can really affect the person that lost them because they may be in big trouble for losing them. This quote also means that we should all take responsibilities for our actions.
