The most important thing is to do what is right not what makes you famous. He implies that for him, the most important thing was to make his students move on with their lives and succeed in life. He didn’t expect to become someone famous and leave a legacy behind. He expected to leave educated and talented students with the attitude of choosing the right things to do in life. He is now known for the person who lead great people in a great successful life.
